Mr.Jonnah Omuyoma
An insider at Mumias Sugar Company has confided in the weekly vision that the current factory manager Mr. Jonah Omuyoma’s company Serema Agencies was recently contracted to deliver sand to the ethanol plant and outsiders were locked out.
This contract has seen several questions within the factory fly as Jonah fears that the deal could turn out against him together with another of Kidero’s right-hand man Mr. Libiunus Oduori who have taken to even defrauding tonnage on the weighbridge to deny farmers their rightful payment.
Our source at the weigh bridge shows that each farmer is deducted two tons of his cane and the proceeds are entered in the names of Libiunus Oduor and Jonah Omuyoma who have for several years now made money through this system.
Another area that the MD Evans Kidero has given his men permission to loot is the sale of molasses where Mr. Omuyoma, using his wife’s company and the current Kenya Commercial Bank, Mumias branch Manager have procured and sold litres of molasses outside of the company’s procuring rules. Mr. Muyoma’s company has also used fake papers to secure jobs at the Mumias District headquarters like building the youths office with a letter faked to lie that the Company had worked in Emuhaya constituency.
