Westlands MP, Tim Wanyonyi has launched the newly tarmacked three different roads in his constituency, the roads are Hinga Drive, Waruku and Ajany roads in Kangemi and Mountain View wards.
The access roads were upgraded through Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) spearheaded by the Constituency Roads Committee supervised by the area Member of Parliament.
Hinga Drive transcends from Cooperative Bank to Mountain View Mall, Waruku road stretches from Bottomline to Waruku while Ajany road extends from St Joseph off Thiongo road to Naivasha road.
Speaking during the launch, the MP outlined the roads will be an important link between the Kangemi and Mountain View wards through Waiyaki Way and Naivasha road.
"This area of Kangemi will be connected to Waiyaki way through Waruku as well as to Kawangware through Maumau as well as Naivasha road through Ajan road. All travellers will enjoy this change and development," the MP said.
He also thanked the local Kangemi youth for working well with the contractors while promising them to provide them with more job opportunities in similar future projects within their hood.
The hard working legislator also reiterated his unrelented bid to be the Nairobi governor in 2022.
"I am not afraid of any competitor, if I have achieved to bring development to Westlands then I am capable of working for Nairobians," the legislator added.
