The MP for Kibwezi Jessica Mbalu has been caught up in a sex
scandal that now threatens her family and political life. She is the deputy
vice chairperson public accounts committee in parliament and is married to a prominent
lawyer from Kitui County. “Jessica Mbalu is a married woman with grown up kids
it therefore makes no sense to us why she set herself up in such a compromising
position” one voter from Kibwezi East was overheard complaining.
