BUSIA GOVERNOR RANKED AMONG THE WORST PERFORMERS IN NEW SURVEY

 The best performers on the list was Alfred Mutua of Machakos county, rated the best performing governor followed by Wycliffe Oparanya (Kakamega), Mike Sonko (Nairobi), Kivutha Kibwana (Makueni) and Hassan Joho (Mombasa).

Busia governor Sospeter Ojaamong has been identified as one of the worst performing governors in Kenya alongside Ferdinand Waititu (Kiambu) and Cyprian Awiti of (Homa Bay). The survey was conducted by a UK based firm, All Africa Advisors. The governors were ranked based on their performance on key areas such as health, infrastructure among others.
