Mr. Henry Rotich, the Kenyan Cabinet Secretary at the treasury was on Tuesday arraigned before the court to face conspired to defraud charges. He allegedly conspired to defraud the government of $244.4 million.
Some Kenyans are however looking at the whole
drama in a different way; one said that if the whole drama is true, then
President Uhuru Kenyatta and his entire cabinet must be held responsible
