Real faces behind a video currently circulating on social media platforms purportedly showing how former Nairobi Majority Leader Abdi Guyo was handing over millions of shillings to EACC Director of Investigations Abdi Mohamud as a bribe have been identified.
Those behind the
video are journalists working for a leading news organization in the country.
They are said to be on weekly stipend courtesy of the embattled Nairobi County
Governor, Mike Mbuvi Sonko. The cover of the two journalists was blown by one
of their colleagues uncomfortable at the behavior exhibited by the two,
terming them an embarrassment to the media fraternity.
The Weekly Vision
has been told that the whole thing was planned at the Dream bean coffee house
situated at the Hamilton House in Nairobi.
In the video Mr.
Guyo is seen arriving in a white shirt then he proceeds to meet Abdi who is
seen wearing a blue jacket near the swimming pool at the Heron Court hotel
situated just a walking distance from few meters Integrity Center.
