Businessman Francis Njeru has called on police to investigate Rashid Jibril over travel to “unknown” places and holding “multiple” passports.According to Njeru, Jibril has occasionally traveled to several “unknown” destinations and that he holds “two passports.”
“A scrutiny of documents from the immigration shows that on 30/07/ 2013, at 11.24 am, Jibril arrived at Wilson Airport from an unknown destination.  He used passport number A1526004. On 12/10/2015 at 1.29 pm, he left the Wilson Airport using passport number C031216 and traveled to an unknown destination. This should be probed,” Njeru said.

Farrah Ali Mohamed who is wife to Jibril -a brother to Sports CS Amina Mohamed skipped court when she was required to take plea at the Milimani law courts. If the prosecution gets its way, Farrah may be arrested.
The court will decide if to issue the warrant on not -on Monday next week. On Monday, Jibril was in court seeking release of his passports to travel overseas but the Court declined.

“On or about 19th of October 2015 at unknown place within the republic of Kenya, jointly with others not before court, conspired to defraud Francis Nyaga  Njeru of his parcel  of land  LR NO. 20273/1 IR 177998/1 valued  at Kshs  75,000,000 by entering  into a tenancy  lease  agreement with China Road and Bridges  purporting that you were the registered  owner of the land . A fact you knew to be false,” the first count read while the two were charged in court.
In the second count, the two were charged with making a false document contrary to section 347 (a) as read with section 349 of the penal code.


The prosecution said they had intentions to defraud Francis Nyaga Njeru of his parcel of land LR NO  20273/2 IR 176998 valued at kshs 150,000,000.
The land in question is located at the Inland Container Depot on Mombasa road and measures 1.59 hectares.
